1) Set A Goal
First, you need to start with a goal. If you do not have a goal, you have nothing to look forward to and it is very likely that you will give up half way. Set a goal to lose your stubborn belly fat or lose weight. Be specific about it.
For example: I want to lose 15 lbs and 5 % body fat in 16 weeks time.
Be specific about your goal. Write them down in a piece of paper. Goals that are not written down are only dreams.
2) Create a Vision Board
Vision board is a board that consists of pictures of what we want to achieve. Go find your favorite model with the body that you want to achieve in your goal. You can flip through magazines or surf online to find the pictures that you want. Cut them out or print them out and paste the pictures on your vision board. Write down the goal that you had set in step number 1 in your vision board and paste the photos that you had gathered. Have fun doing it.
This is to serve as a reminder. Most people give up half way along the road. With a vision board, it will help to remind you to keep on going until you reach your goal.

- Cut and paste – Buy a nice cardboard and write down your goal and paste the pictures that you had gathered onto the board.
- Print online – If you are savvy with any paint programs or even Powerpoint, you can design it using your desired software and print it out.

3) Find A Plan
